All text provided by the author must be sent in a .docx format, and should be copy-edited and ready to print. If additional copy-editing is required, it can be provided at $15/page. Full service editing will require a custom quote.
All images and tables should be provided in a .jpeg or .png format, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Images should be ready for print; any image editing (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) required must be completed by the author prior to submission.
Please note that book fees include all copy editing, and any rework required to a maximum of 4 hours. Any additional rework required by the author will be charged at $70/hr.

Deposit: 40% of design fees, with the remaining amount due 7 business days before final delivery of manuscript.

Books will be provided in a .pdf format, with DRM included.
eBook formats will incur an additional $50 fee.
