SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Submissions are currently open.
Kindly consult the TEXT or ART & PHOTOGRAPHY sections for more comprehensive lists as relates to genre, as well as general guidelines. We want to see the best of your literary and artistic expression through image and metaphors: develop your subject thoroughly while harnessing creative impulses to give way to clarity, precision, and restraint.
We ask that you allow us a minimum of 8-10 weeks so that we may properly evaluate and consider your work for publication.
Submissions will be reviewed in the order in which they are received, and will receive a response in due course. Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we regret that we are unable to respond to queries regarding the status of a submission.
We understand that you may submit the same work to various other publications for consideration. Should your work be accepted elsewhere, we ask that you inform us straightaway to withdraw your submission. In the case of withdrawal, we will accept another submission in its place.
By submitting to Agave Magazine, you acknowledge that you have read and consented to our PUBLICATION AGREEMENT should your work be accepted for publication.
